Health Sector

Many of AWA’s clients have been in the Health sector. Coaching managers and assisting with restructuring in large DHBs as well as small not for profit societies; assisting to develop more customer-oriented procedures and quality systems and IT applications in health services; advising on strategy and business plans; working with Maori Health organisations - have all been part of AWA’s service.
