As Acting Pou Tātaki (General Manager) for 6 months, we oversaw the employment of staff and the development of foundational strategies for funding schemes, employment, nursery and procurement. We initiated interactive spaces with collaborating organisations such as uri leaders, technical experts and government Ministries.
